Key Responsibilities- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure they are spotless.
- Dusting: Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean appearance.
- Upholstery Cleaning: Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Bed Maintenance: Make beds and change sheets as required.
- Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to designated areas.
- Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Specialized Cleaning: Disinfect operating rooms and other critical areas.
- Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators regularly.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items appropriately.
- Guest Assistance: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information on facilities as needed.
- Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers efficiently.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure clarity and cleanliness.
- Changing Room Care: Clean changing rooms and showers thoroughly.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns with professionalism.
This position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to:
