Position Overview

As an Executive Administrative Specialist at TRIMAX IT SECURITIES LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for maintaining an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize Events: Plan and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Supervision: Oversee the activities of other staff members.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and implement office protocols and routines.
  • Communication: Manage telephone communications, including relaying calls and messages.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
