Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hotspot Customs Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for visitors and clients
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Work Environment

Our office is a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working in a permanent role with a standard 40-hour workweek.
