Environmental Assessment & Remediation
Location: Regina, SK
Join our dedicated team at Pinchin as we seek an Environmental Project Specialist to enhance our Environmental Assessment and Remediation division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Evaluations
- Implement groundwater monitoring and sampling initiatives, including site surveying and plan development
- Oversee underground storage tank decommissioning projects
- Execute testing and supervise environmental remediation activities
- Draft reports and assist in formulating suitable recommendations
- Prepare proposals for Phase I Site evaluations
- Collaborate with site representatives and contractors
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, ideally in environmental science or engineering
- Experience in environmental consulting is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong technical writing capabilities
- Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle (travel expenses for work will be reimbursed)
- Willingness to travel for work throughout the region
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to utilize handheld tools such as pumps and drills for fieldwork
