Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for finding and identifying Subject Matter Experts to engage with our content creation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines by researching and identifying relevant subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across our various media teams to understand their needs and requirements.
- Research and target new sourcing channels to uncover new hidden talent for our content creation initiatives.
- Improve the searchability of our candidate pools by ensuring candidate information, tags, and associated data are in our ATS (Lever).
- Work with business leaders and the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand sourcing initiatives' needs and requirements.
- Create and test new AI tools and workflows with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with your team members and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with additional administrative People Ops duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Previous experience searching for and identifying profiles for recruitment, sales, or marketing teams.
- Knowledge of Boolean and alternative search techniques and tools or an interest in learning these skills.
- Experience working with an ATS.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, curious, and eager to test and iterate on new strategies and approaches.
- Ability to input large amounts of data and look for ways to automate manual tasks where possible.
What We Offer:
Black and White Zebra is a rapidly growing company with a comprehensive benefits package, including a discretionary bonus and a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 CAD per year.
