As an Electronics Production Support Specialist, your role will involve providing essential technical assistance for production, testing, repair & overhaul, and delivery of diverse avionics products. Your duties will encompass diagnosing performance challenges, design complications, and component lifecycle issues while adhering to customer delivery schedules. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, repair & overhaul, testing engineering, and design teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering immediate technical support to address production and repair & overhaul challenges for avionics products;
  • Implementing procedures to manage non-conformity reports, technical modification requests, and modification impact assessments;
  • Investigating issues, determining root causes, and validating solutions utilizing appropriate instruments such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters;
  • Offering repair & overhaul assistance to diagnose faulty units returned by clients and suggesting corrective measures;

Required qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in an electronic hardware setting, ideally within a high-tech sector such as aerospace or telecommunications;
  • Proven analytical capabilities to address technical inquiries in a manufacturing context;
  • Proficiency in testing equipment within environmental chambers in accordance with quality standards like RTCA/DO-160 or MIL-STD-810;
  • A dynamic, self-sufficient, organized individual with leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (both spoken and written).
