{"h2": "Job Summary", "p": "We are seeking a skilled construction carpenter to join our team at Chatsworth Fine Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction of our homes.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
* Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
* Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
* Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
* Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
* Instruct apprentices
* Supervise other workers
* Estimate costs and materials

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
* Ability to work at heights, in noisy, dusty and outdoors environments
* Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
