About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Carpenter to join our team at Peaceful Storm Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the renovation of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials to ensure precise fit and finish.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings, including commercial, industrial and residential establishments.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in renovation carpentry, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of productivity.
