### Job Title: Division Chief - Division of Cardiology

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Division Chief to lead our Division of Cardiology at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and quality of care provided by the division, as well as the medical staff within it.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide medical staff leadership and operational resource oversight in collaboration with the administrative dyad
* Oversee the safety and quality of care provided by the division
* Maintain a clinical and academic role within the division
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes

### Requirements

* MD degree
* Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in pediatric cardiology or equivalent
* Eligibility for licensing in the Province of Ontario
* Strong operational and academic leadership skills
* Proven record of achievement in comprehensive patient care, clinical program development, education, research, and/or quality assurance
