Job Title: Senior Transportation Engineer/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transportation Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a key member of our transportation engineering team, you will be responsible for managing transportation engineering projects and providing technical expertise to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage transportation engineering projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including transportation engineers, planners, and other specialists.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals to secure new projects.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, providing technical direction, training, and coaching to ensure their growth and development.
  • Participate in professional associations and committees to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex transportation projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
