**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced painting professional to join our team as a Seasonal Crew Chief/Lead Painter at JK Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of painters and ensuring the successful completion of exterior painting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of painters to complete exterior painting projects to a high standard of quality
- Ensure daily cleanliness of project sites and maintain a safe working environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including homeowners and business owners
- Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hands-on work, preferably in the painting industry
- Full-time commitment to the role, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Strong communication and leadership skills
