Job Title: CAE Engineer

At RGBSI, we are seeking a highly skilled CAE Engineer to join our team. As a CAE Engineer, you will be responsible for creating full vehicle crash finite element models using ANSA and performing analyses using LS-DYNA software to assess vehicle crashworthiness based on regulatory and third-party assessment criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CAE strategies to meet vehicle safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and test engineers to ensure seamless integration of CAE results.
  • Provide program risk assessment and conduct CAE reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum + years of CAE durability analysis experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of solid mechanics, durability/fatigue, vibration, and dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CAE software, including ABAQUS, FEMFAT, or nCode, ANSA, Hypermesh, Optistruct, etc.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to the US for meetings.
