We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at RUQUIA KHAN CPA PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including tax returns and other statistical reports.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: QuickBooks, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
This is a temporary position with 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
