At Flexstaf IT, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for achieving sales goals in a designated territory through maintaining current customer relationships and acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote and secure orders from existing and new clients.
- Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.
- Offer technical support and guidance on company products.
- Track, monitor, and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a sales role.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferably an engineering background or technical understanding.
- Excellent professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Energetic and results-oriented with a proven track record.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license required.
- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
