About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Liverpool Pizzeria & Lounge. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock condiments and supplies as needed.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers.
  • Cash Handling and Point of Sale
    • Operate a point of sale system to process customer transactions.
    • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
    • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or customer service role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
