Royal City Physio is a well-established, busy, community-centered clinic in New Westminster, BC. Our clinic is centrally located on E. Columbia Street, just 2 blocks from Royal Columbian Hospital and a 7-minute walk from Sapperton skytrain station. We are surrounded by new residential high rises, restaurants, and cafes in the revitalized Brewery District.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, team player to join our team as a full-time physiotherapist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with athletes and enjoy the challenges associated with returning athletes to play. You will be a lifelong learner and collaborator with an entrepreneurial spirit that adheres to a strong ethical standard and believes in impeccable customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for patients
- Provide ongoing evaluation of patient progress
- Follow up on patients to completion of treatment plan
- Chart outcome measurement information
- Engage in continuous learning and skills development
- Be licensed to practice physiotherapy in Canada and registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists in good standing
- Have fun and contribute to a positive patient experience and working environment
- Guaranteed new assessments to build your caseload quickly
- Competitive % split including additional bonuses above and beyond the % split
- $80-$100K+ to start depending on your experience
- All statutory holidays off and flexibility of 2 weeks of time off annually to start
- One-to-one mentorship and career development from practitioners with 20+ years' experience
- Full administrative support including reception, booking, invoicing, billing, etc.
- Online software (Jane) for booking, scheduling, charting, financials & metrics that you can access from your phone, anywhere, anytime
- Direct billing to many health care plans

- Dry Needling / Acupuncture
- Monthly workshops/collaboration sessions
- Bright large open-concept facility with gym areas
- Maximum 6-hour workday
