Job Title: Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader

Fleetex Transport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize organizational development initiatives
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management skills
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and organizational development
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
