Position OverviewKey Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Manager is tasked with supervising our dynamic Retail Service teams. At Scotiabank, we prioritize our customers, aiming to assist them in reaching their financial aspirations.
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead and support our Customer Experience Associates while embodying Scotiabank's core values and culture.
- Oversee and guide your team of Customer Experience Associates and Senior Customer Experience Associates.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Serve as the Officer in Charge (OIC) for the branch when necessary, addressing emergencies and customer escalations.
- Contribute to the branch's overall success by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as a change management leader by facilitating the implementation of new policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Previous experience in team management, including coaching, leading, and scheduling, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
- Prior banking experience is a significant asset.
- Proficient technical skills, with the ability to promote and demonstrate digital/self-service banking options.
