We are currently looking for an Experienced Property Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be tasked with investigating and managing property claims. This position offers a hybrid work model with necessary field responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Adjuster will handle claims while identifying and pursuing business development opportunities. This includes marketing initiatives and timely follow-ups on leads. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in property claims, capable of engaging with policyholders, investigating incidents, negotiating settlements, and adhering to established protocols.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of pertinent claims experience
- Eligibility for at least a Level 1 AB Adjuster's License
- Dedication to continuous professional development
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proficient investigative skills
- Ability to comprehend complex documents and execute advanced numerical analyses

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organizational capabilities
