Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete Workday integration lifecycle, which includes requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to review integration requirements and ensure comprehensive integration solutions.
  • Facilitate software integration between diverse business applications and Workday utilizing Workday Studio, Workday's API, EIB inbound/outbound, boomerang integration, and Workday reporting services.
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications for integrations, develop testing plans, and conduct unit testing.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to software integrations.
  • Adhere to established change control and compliance protocols associated with software development, ensuring all governance standards are met.
Basic Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in technology.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in integration development is essential.
  • Proficient in XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, or XPath.
  • Familiarity with JAVA object-oriented programming, multi-threading, networking, and other foundational programming concepts, as well as knowledge of micro-services and message queue technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday HCM and proficiency in Workday reporting is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and troubleshooting various types of Workday integrations, including PECI and PICOF.
  • Experience in implementing custom validations within Workday Business Processes.
