Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling event rental services, including equipment, furniture, decor, and other event-related products. You will focus on building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone and email leads, creating quotes and responding to inquiries promptly while providing premium personalized service.
  • Greet and assist walk-in and scheduled customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Assist clients with reservations, both with advance notice for planning as well as managing last-minute orders.
  • Create connections with new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the customer, operations, and the sales team, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team members, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing event reservations, delivery logistics and coordination to guarantee flawless event execution.
  • Assist in ensuring the showroom is always customer ready.
  • Represent the company at industry networking events, building connections with potential clients, vendors, and partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of proven sales and customer service experience preferably in a call center environment.
  • Prior experience in the events industry is an asset.
  • Strong presentation skills and impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented team player capable of meeting individual sales targets while supporting the overall success of the team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for client meetings and events.
  • Proven ability to prioritize in a high volume, high pressure, deadline driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and high aptitude to learn new systems.
