Job Title: Sales Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of branded merchandise and promotional products in Canada. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process online orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any discrepancies
  • Provide excellent customer service via email and phone, resolving any issues or concerns
  • Assist with exchange and return processes
  • Inspect restocked products for damage and defects
  • Post customer payments and create journal entries
  • Support sales and shipping/receiving operations
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer service and administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
