Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to customers
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials
  • Offer guidance on menu selections to enhance customer experience
  • Manage cash transactions and accurately record sales
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, trays, and chairs
  • Assist customers in selecting wines and provide recommendations
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and answer inquiries regarding food and beverages
  • Order and manage inventory of wines and related glassware
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Take customer orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
