Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

ONTARIO SKY JUMP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish work, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team performance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Work Environment:

The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
