Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Store Supervisor to join our team at Fortinos (Main Street) Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our store staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
  • Hiring and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise inventory to meet customer demand and drive sales growth.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, and the primary work language is English.
  • Work Hours: The standard work hours are 40 hours per week.
