Job Title: Department Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Store Supervisor to join our team at Fortinos (Main Street) Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory control, and security.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
