Responsabilidades del Trabajo
  • Colaborar en un entorno grupal e individual, priorizando las necesidades de las personas apoyadas por NEXUS.
  • Diseñar y promover oportunidades basadas en los objetivos y necesidades establecidos por el individuo y su red de apoyo.
  • Fomentar la inclusión comunitaria en diversos entornos dentro de nuestra comunidad y áreas circundantes.
  • Elaborar documentación periódica que refleje el progreso, necesidades y cualquier apoyo adicional que pueda ser necesario para el individuo.
  • Mantener registros relacionados con los gastos realizados para las necesidades de programación.
  • Participar en reuniones, capacitaciones y planificación de servicios según sea necesario.
  • Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según se requiera.
Requisitos
  • Tener 19 años o más;
  • Poseer una licencia de conducir válida de clase 5 (o superior) – se requiere un historial de conducción;
  • La experiencia relacionada trabajando con adultos con diversas capacidades es considerada un activo;
  • Habilidades básicas en computación y capacidad física para llevar a cabo las tareas requeridas;
  • Certificación en Primeros Auxilios (Nivel 1);
  • Verificación de antecedentes penales (será realizada por NEXUS al momento de la contratación).
