Mainframe Platform Security Programmer Analyst

As a Mainframe Platform Security Programmer Analyst at Banque Nationale du Canada, you will be part of a team of experts who work together to deliver large-scale transformational projects, operate and govern vendors that support the platform, and identify opportunities to optimize and modernize the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in transformational Mainframe platform projects
  • Define solutions and write quality functional and technical briefs for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases, and user interactions with the system
  • Assist and participate in the implementation of the development strategy, tests, and their automation
  • Produce functional analyses and participate in the realization of assessments of new needs (projects and evolving requests)
  • As required, supervise other resources in the context of the implementation of projects or evolving requests
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of the Mainframe platform
  • Advanced knowledge of Mainframe platform security (ACF2 or RACF)
  • Experience in mainframe platform modernization
  • Demonstrated experience in business, functional, technical and application analysis in a complex organization
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development and delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Experience in banking and/or finance, an asset
