Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Juniors Foods Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines
  • Standing for extended periods
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
