Job Title: Sales & Events Coordinator

Shangri-La Vancouver is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing sales and events activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute sales and events activities, including meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with event planning, including creating event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including event details, sales data, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and events coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
