About the Role:

Kudelski IoT is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to lead the growth of our RecovR inventory management and theft recovery solution in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events to drive sales growth.
  • Work with large national partnerships to increase brand awareness and sales penetration in Canada.
  • Oversee the rollout of RecovR to dealers, including a complex ecosystem of partners, field operations, dealers, and internal resources.
  • Develop and manage partner pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned goals.
  • Provide financial reports to dealerships on penetration rates, profit, and overall success.
  • Drive market-share growth month over month.
Ideal Candidate Qualities and Skills:
  • Experience building and managing channel partnerships with a record of recruiting and enabling top channel partners.
  • Excellent relationship management and strategic account planning capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical concepts to an audience of varying technical expertise.
  • Strong ability to influence C-level executives and team members.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French; Spanish is an asset.
