Job Title: Supervisor, Food Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Q Victoria Pizza INC.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Food Services will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking
