Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations for improving our food service operations.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
