Job Description

Spear Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to track and analyze our logistics operations.
  • Train or arrange for training of our drivers and logistics staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to optimize our logistics operations and minimize delays.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role is preferred.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency. You will be required to work under pressure and make decisions quickly to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services.

Personal Qualities
