About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team at Bright 3 Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Supervise and lead a team of workers to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to achieve a seamless finish.
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for installation, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure durability and longevity.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Will train or equivalent experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to handle heavy loads and demanding work conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, including commercial, institutional, residential, and rural areas. We are willing to relocate for the right candidate.
