Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting thorough assessments for assigned clients, encompassing retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning, utilizing financial planning expertise and tools to support their financial objectives.
• Demonstrating a genuine curiosity to identify and address client needs, providing trusted financial advice regarding investments and retirement strategies.
• Exhibiting self-motivation and a results-oriented approach when determining client needs to develop customized financial strategies and solutions.
• Cultivating strong relationships, educating clients, sharing insights, and delivering expert guidance.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners.
• Fostering relationships that prioritize exceptional client experiences and nurturing long-term connections with existing clients.
Do you possess the qualifications that will enable you to thrive in this role? We would be eager to connect with you if you have:
• Experience in financial planning and investment sales is preferred.
• Successfully completed (or are working towards) the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation (or IQPF designation within Quebec), and/or the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
• Accreditation as a mutual funds professional in good standing with CIRO licensing requirements (Investments Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
• The ability to operate independently as a self-motivated entrepreneur with minimal oversight.
• Knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory landscape.
