We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at N.B. Inc. dba Dairy Queen Amherst.

Job Description
  • Estimate and manage inventory, supplies, and food costs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Establish and implement procedures for maintaining quality control standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff activities, providing training on job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and mentor 5-10 team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, maintain accurate records, and plan for future needs to minimize waste and excess stock.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure prompt, courteous, and high-quality service to customers, addressing their concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
