About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Architect to join our team at Intelcom. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop functional designs for solutions proposed to internal customers
  • Estimate solutions of all sizes
  • Carry out and document needs analysis and business processes for internal customers
  • Design and implement solutions meeting internal customer business requirements
  • Configure applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
  • Accompany internal customers in the acceptance and deployment phase
  • Develop unit and automated testing strategies
  • Monitor the progress of each solution
  • Lead workshops and training sessions as needed
  • Participate in the improvement of analysis processes and methodologies
  • Collaborate with the product owner, configuration/development team, and leadership team
  • Act as technology ambassador to stakeholders
  • Maintain a position of coaching the configuration/development team
  • Maintain a position of trusted advisor with the customer and challenge requests to arrive at the best solution
  • Actively keep up to date on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technology and new features
  • Participate in the definition and translation of requirements into user stories to guide the configuration/development team
  • Manage stakeholder scope and expectations at all stages of the lifecycle, from feature identification to production delivery
  • Work daily with development groups to facilitate implementation, testing, and deployment of features in an agile environment
  • Work closely with the rest of the IT team

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 7 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
  • Relevant experience as a functional or business analyst
  • Experience and interest in a complex B2B environment (integrated multi-applications)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside the box
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Behaviors demonstrating Intelcom values: Customer focus, Teamwork, Rigor, Innovation
  • PL-200, PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240 certifications (a strong asset)
  • Experience specifically with Canvas app (an asset)
  • Interest in other Microsoft business products (e.g. ERP, Dynamics Finance, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
