  • Food and Beverage Operations
    • Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and inventory control.

  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
    • Physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
