Job Title: Business Architect

ENMAX is seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team. As a Business Architect, you will play a critical role in helping business leaders enhance core capabilities to achieve the organization's targeted outcomes through strategic programs, projects, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Architecture Blueprint deliverables, including Business Capability Models, Technology Roadmaps, and Solution Design Documents.
  • Provide technology governance and alignment to strategic direction.
  • Review proposed architecture to ensure solutions are technically thorough, secure, actionable, and operationally supportable.
  • Lead architecture planning and capacity management, optimizing the environment for performance, reliability, and value.
  • Provide governance and leadership for project-based architects to ensure business initiatives align with the overall enterprise vision, strategy, and principles.
  • Serve as solution architect on and/or oversee various business initiatives such as transformation, standardization, consolidation, convergence, migration, and optimization across the enterprise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, System Analysis, or a related field.
  • 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, including 5 years in architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and cloud/hybrid planning and operations.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing complex end-to-end solutions.
  • Certification in at least one of CGEIT, COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional is a benefit.
Competencies:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex IT projects from conception to implementation.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectural solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate system requirements and align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively convey architectural plans and concepts.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making to address technical challenges and business needs.
