PEGA Business Architect

As a PEGA Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality PEGA solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in scope definition workshops for MVP and lead the delivery of completed work, including defined objectives, documented business requirements, and translated business outcomes. You will work closely with business teams to collect requirements using various elicitation techniques and conduct requirements analysis and blueprinting sessions with internal customers. Additionally, you will lead DCO sessions, maintain the functional backlog, and support functional design to ensure efficient use of PEGA functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in scope definition workshops for MVP and lead the delivery of completed work
Work with business teams to collect requirements using various elicitation techniques
Conduct requirements analysis and blueprinting sessions with internal customers
Lead DCO sessions and maintain the functional backlog
Support functional design to ensure efficient use of PEGA functionality
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure business functions of delivered solutions match requirements
Partner with multiple teams to develop high-quality work across all phases of a project
Develop and maintain detailed process flows, user interface mockups, and high-level user documents
Support Senior Business Architect and Lead Business Architect with conducting impact assessments
Participate in the establishment and continuous review and improvement of Business Analysis standards, procedures, and processes
Requirements
Degree or diploma in business, computer science, or a related subject area
2+ years Business Analysis experience
Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies and supporting tools
Experience crafting wireframes, mockup screens, and producing system and feature-level documentation
Good understanding of User Experience (UX) and design thinking concepts
Experience with PEGA Business Architecture is an asset
