Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Global YardSecure Inc.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a secure environment
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them accordingly
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
