We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Foreign Express Auto Sales Services Ltd as a Mechanic Helper. This role involves providing support to our mechanics and tradespersons in various tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist mechanics and tradespersons with tool handling, equipment movement, and material transportation.
- Participate in surveying activities by holding stakes and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Signal safety protocols to colleagues and the public.
- Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
- Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling. The ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure is essential.
Weight HandlingThe successful candidate will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their duties.
