Durhamcas is a leading provider of child protection services in Durham Region, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and regulated by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) and the Ontario Child, Youth and Family Services Act (CYFSA).
We work with families and community partners to ensure the safety and well-being of children and youth, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our team of professionals provides equitable, culturally aligned services to support children and families in need.
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and provide strategic direction to our team of 309 staff. The successful candidate will oversee a $50M operating budget and work closely with the Leadership Team to direct daily operations.
The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of services according to applicable legislation and standards, and alignment with our strategic plan and anti-oppressive and equity practices and policies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in Durham Region.
