Technical Expert, Cabinet Completion Integration

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chair the Engineering Control Change Board (ECCB) for RFC/RFQ/P&OIAS and PCR technical approval.
  • Define technical requirements and lead supplier technical strategies for new meubles.
  • Negotiate interfaces with other systems/structures and formalize the agreement on Interface Control Drawings (ICD).
  • Lead technical meetings with suppliers and be responsible for the delivery of quality engineering documentation that meets Bombardier Standards.
  • Chair design reviews and master regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Ensure system components meet technical and certification requirements.
  • Act as a technical reference and transfer knowledge through coaching/mentoring within your larger team.
Requirements:
  • College or University mechanical or aerospace engineering degree or equivalent with more than fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
  • Detailed technical Challengers and Globals business aircraft interiors experience.
  • Solid experience working with Enovia/Catia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.).
  • Expert in product structure and aircraft certification.
  • Well-organized and project-oriented.
  • Good communication skills, including good English writing skills, and good English and French verbal skills.
