Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate financial plans to boost and sustain restaurant profitability
  • Formulate budgets to determine expenses related to food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials
  • Review daily activities and modify food preparation techniques and menu pricing as necessary
  • Track income to assess labor expenditures
  • Oversee, instruct, and lead team members
  • Organize and manage daily operations, including hiring and scheduling
  • Establish operational protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Calculate costs for products and services, manage inventory, and engage in promotional strategies
  • Resolve customer issues, coordinate events, and deliver exceptional customer service
Supervision:
  • 1 to 2 subordinates
