About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant to join our team in Vernon, BC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of client relationships, from initial consultation to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions to clients by working closely with therapists to select the best-fit mobility devices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
  • Be flexible and mobile, traveling to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences of clients with needs in the community.
Requirements
  • Experience in selling, maintaining, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry, or a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Long Term Care, or another healthcare area.
  • Sales drive, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot concerns and meet the needs of clients.
  • Technical skills, including experience with a Customer Relationship database (CRM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to relate to people and build trust easily.
  • A valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as a clean criminal background check and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
