Junior Draftsperson, Industrial Electrical Engineering

We are currently seeking a talented drafter to contribute to our team at BBA Consultants. As a drafter, you will play a key role in various projects related to mining processes, industrial piping, and plant systems. Your tasks will include preparing different types of drawings, collaborating with our team of professionals, and contributing to project layouts.
Key Responsibilities- Apply Industry Standards: Utilize BBA Consultants or client standards to create detailed drawings
- Produce Preliminary Plans: Generate plans for buildings, equipment, or sites
- Enhance Tools and Libraries: Assist in improving dynamic block libraries and internal tools
- Support Colleagues: Aid more experienced team members with complex tasks
- Survey Preparation: Help prepare site surveys when required

To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma of vocational studies in Building or Industrial Drafting, along with three years of relevant work experience or less. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Revit is essential. Knowledge of 3D software like SmartPlant 3D is advantageous, as well as being bilingual in English and French.
