Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Csky Windows Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
