Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Guards: Oversee the daily activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Security Operations Run Smoothly: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Train and Develop Security Guards: Provide training and guidance to security guards to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and Report Security Incidents: Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches to management.
  • Maintain Security Equipment and Vehicles: Ensure all security equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
